Driving results in retail with Qlik
– Key insights from our latest webinar!
Brexit, the cost-of-living crisis and the war in Ukraine are all affecting retailers by changing shopping habits, hampering supply chains and impacting stock levels. Retailers must deal with the consequences of these challenges every day. That’s why we held our ‘Driving results in retail’ webinar to focus on how Qlik can deliver insights that inform decision-making and help to keep stock on the shelves.
We explored the retail environment from four perspectives:
- Retailer: How to assess on-shelf availability by ‘scanning the gaps’
- Supply chain: How insights can inform decision from ordering to delivery
- Supplier: How to meet demand and material availability
- Customer: How to provide a positive customer experience in the face of rapid change
We were joined by:
- Gareth Wilson: Our Senior Consultant who has spent time working within a major UK high street retail brand and Qlik
- Scott Wilkinson: Partner Enablement Manager at Qlik
- Maurice Spruijt: Head of BI at Asics
- Ronan Berendsen: Automation & Data Specialist at De Monnik Dranken

The business intelligence journey at De Monnik Dranken
You’ll also hear how De Monnik Dranken, a beverage wholesaler and importer based in the Netherlands, are using their extensive Qlik Sense environment to find, analyse and act upon abnormalities in product levels. Their Qlik Sense dashboards for sales, logistics, purchase and finance are helping to inform decisions for teams across the business, while Mail & Deploy is delivering reporting that notify employees about important changes.
We ended the webinar with a panel discussion where you’ll hear other examples of how retailers are successfully using Qlik.
